orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. No VAT is
charged for sales outside the EEC or if the customer is
within the EEC and has a valid VAT number. Otherwise much
will depend on our turnover in the individual Country. Most
private customers in the EEC would pay 17.5% VAT.
All
prices on this site are
VAT exclusive (unless indicated otherwise).
Subject
to status you can set-up a customer account with us. Payment
on account for one off deals is 14
days from date of invoice unless the order is from a
PLC, NHS Trust or other PLC in which case our normal terms
of 30 days from invoice apply. We
reserve the right to add interest at 3% above Barclays
bank PLC base rate on late payments.
Alternatively items can be purchased by Cheque, Switch, Debit
Card
or a Bankers Draft.
Your order will then be dispatched the moment all funds have
been cleared. Please note that we carry out
verification checks on all orders and on some occasions we
may require further proof of residence before processing a
"customer not present" card purchase. This will
normally be two forms of identification such as a copy
passport and utility bill etc.
On certain items that are marked as having a credit card
supplement we charge 2% to cover our card processing costs.
This ensures that we can offer the best prices.
All cheques should be made payable to The Premier
Group Limited.
